The location was perfect, close to tourist attractions. And the employee/owner took the appropriate photos. I had already done so. The delivery was easy. There were no problems.

Booked last minute. Super easy, friendly staff and bags were stored safely. We used the service as we had several hours to explore the city after our cruise returned to Port Miami. I would use this service again in another city - if needed.

Used this experience for the first time. I was skeptical, but once I went to the location, the people there were very helpful and the check-in process was super easy. We return after 3-4 hrs later and the check-out was just as easy. Though the people there seemed nice enough, they didn't seem very friendly, but nonetheless, we didn't go there to socialize, we went to check-in our luggage safely and that's what we go. Highly recommend this location.

Couldn’t believe how seamless the process was. We arrived along with a few other travelers also storing their luggage. Show the barcode and you’re on your way. It was the same for the pickup. Just a couple blocks, an easy walk, to Bayside Market. I felt like our stuff was relatively safe. Given it was my first time using this service, I wasn’t sure. You can rest easy that your belongings will be securely stored and guarded. I will for sure use Bounce in the future and would recommend this location!

Hi, my experience was very good, they attended to me super quickly for the delivery and the return, I was delayed due to an Uber issue, and there was no problem.

This was our first time using a luggage storage service so we were a bit nervous. However, it was a very easy drop off and pick up. The deli staff were extremely friendly. I would definitely use them again!
