This was such a nice, efficient service. I did have one check out error, and I emailed Bounce about it, and Customer Service took care of it right away. Excellent way to store your luggage - and having it at such a nice bakery made it delicious as well as convenient!

Easy to find and leave our luggage, we felt quite safe. The place is beautiful and we even had lunch there. It was delicious.

Easy place to store luggage for the day next to the air BNB we stayed at. They close early so it’s not long term but great for a few hours during the day.

We chose this campsite because we wanted to be centrally located in downtown Miami. It was very easy to reach, everything was quick, you can grab a good breakfast right there, and returning the car was hassle-free. A Metromover and trolleybus station are right next door, and everything else is within walking distance.

Bounce is a great service and the independent restaurant we stored our luggage with was friendly and helpful. They were also very quick with helping us. We opted not to eat there because we were late for an event, but otherwise would have. I'll definitely be using bounce in the future!
