Easy to find and leave our luggage, we felt quite safe. The place is beautiful and we even had lunch there. It was delicious.

Easy place to store luggage for the day next to the air BNB we stayed at. They close early so it’s not long term but great for a few hours during the day.

We chose this campsite because we wanted to be centrally located in downtown Miami. It was very easy to reach, everything was quick, you can grab a good breakfast right there, and returning the car was hassle-free. A Metromover and trolleybus station are right next door, and everything else is within walking distance.

Bounce is a great service and the independent restaurant we stored our luggage with was friendly and helpful. They were also very quick with helping us. We opted not to eat there because we were late for an event, but otherwise would have. I'll definitely be using bounce in the future!

Location was very convenient to the Bayside Marketplace, a major tourist spot. Drop off and pick up were no problem at all. The cafe is so cute, and Bounce users get a 10% discount at the cafe. The turkey and pesto sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, and the iced latte was great too. Highly recommend this location.

Friendly staff and great spot for luggage storage and a snack!

The service was fast and I felt like my luggage was secure. Not sure where it was stored in the back but it came out with some type of powder residue like cinnamon or sugar or something on one of the bags. The bakery was very nice and just a couple of blocks from Bayside.
