Perfect place to drop bags and go shopping or dining at Bayside market. We got off a cruise at 930am dropped bags at sun cycling at 10am and then picked them back up at 245 pm and headed to the airport by 330pm. It was nice, safe, and convenient. Highly recommend.

Everything went smoothly! They are limited on their English, but we were able to drop off and pick up just fine. Convenient for early cruise arrivals, when you want to spend the day in miami.

It's a small family run deli. No one who works there speak English (Spanish only), but they try hard. They've just opened the bag drop off service recently and they're still getting the hang of it. But they were all very friendly, everything worked out fine, and my bags were securely stored away and returned in the same condition I dropped them off. My only suggestion is to obtain and use a ticketing system so that everyone gets the correct bags. I would use them again.
