My girlfriend and I dropped our luggage at the Miami Sun Hotel location after we got back one Monday morning from our weekend cruise. We couldn’t check into our hotel until the afternoon so we decided to run a few errands. The lady at the counter was so nice to us, and she even gave us suggestions on what to do, where to eat downtown, and how to get around. We returned at 2:30 pm to pick up our bags, and we got them back without any hassles. If you’re not leaving town right away or you’ve got time to spare until you check into your hotel, I’d recommend this location to leave your bags. We had no problems with any part of the process whatsoever. They’re even open early if you get into town early.

Both delivery and pickup are quick. It's a shame there's no hourly rate, which forces you to take the whole day.

Google Maps Review A very convenient and helpful luggage storage service! We needed to store our luggage from the morning until 3:30 PM, when our hotel check-in started, and this service provided the perfect solution. It allowed us to enjoy the day without having to worry about our bags. The service was easy and convenient, and it really made things much easier for us. The only downside is that I found the price a little on the expensive side. Overall, though, a very useful service that I would definitely consider using again.

Was a great and simple experience. Location was easy to get to. I had to add another bag and that was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Very easy Drop-off and pick-up process.

4 adults, two kids and 11 bags. Made the reservation, dropped everything off. Explored the city then picked everything up and proceeded to the airport. Such a simple concept that allowed us to maximize our travel day. 5 out of 5 stars....will "Bounce" again!

Drop off and PU were easy. We got there a little early prepared to wait until they opened but they were already open. That was nice! I was a little worried our stuff would smell like the smoke shop, but it didn’t at all! Great option for luggage storage and just 2 blocks from Bayside. Easy walk!

Easy drop off and pick up

We used this app to store our bags after getting off a cruise in Miami, and it made our day so much easier. The drop-off was quick, the staff was friendly, and we felt totally secure leaving our luggage. We were able to explore the city hands-free with our kids and pick everything up smoothly before heading to the airport. Highly recommend for families or anyone with time to kill between check-out and flights!
