Great 24-hour availability that was needed for a very-early arrival flight and a very-early departure flight! Surprisingly and perplexingly better than the limited-time service that was available at the airport (Miami International).

This is the second time we have used this location after a cruise - while you might question from the outside we have had a great experience both times and were able to walk over to the shopping & restaurant area on Biscayne Bay and walk back to pickup before heading to the airport

Easy drop off and pick up

We used this app to store our bags after getting off a cruise in Miami, and it made our day so much easier. The drop-off was quick, the staff was friendly, and we felt totally secure leaving our luggage. We were able to explore the city hands-free with our kids and pick everything up smoothly before heading to the airport. Highly recommend for families or anyone with time to kill between check-out and flights!

A bit difficult to find but was great once we found it!

a little difficult to find, inside the port/cruise line offices building. But the ladies in there are top notch professionals and so pleasant. I’d book here again in a heartbeat.

Quick and easy next to the port! Great option for cruising and exploring.

Cafe owner was very accommodating and helpful. Came out to the street to meet me bc I was lost. She handled my bag as I got my bearings together bc I had a bit of a mishap at the cruise port with my passport. Super sweet and very helpful. 10/10 recommend especially if leaving from Miami cruise port terminal F. Location is literally across the street and very convenient!

I like that is of course on the port that way you can drop your bags off first you can see where your terminal directly is and then you just have a short walk with your bags in this case it was very close to Virgin Voyager so I really could have walked with my bags but because I went out to Bayside I had my Uber already so we picked up my bags and then dropped me off at the terminal. They could also have better signage at the curb that points more directly where the actual luggage storage is actually went into the police because that's more of the sidewalk where you're dropped off so better sign it would help other than that I thought it was good
