Really quick to check in, the lovely member of staff was super friendly and knew exactly what she was doing - she even checked if we wanted to grab anything out of our luggage first. The cases went straight into the secure room with tags on, and on collection she brought them out to us straight away. The hotel has a nice seating area at the entrance where we booked and waited for our Uber. Also in a great location - about 6 min walk from Bayside Market. 10/10 would recommend.

I was pretty skeptical of Bounce and all of their other locations, but I was happy to find the great reviews of this hotel and how it was 24/7 after hearing all the stories of coming to pick up luggage to find the place closed. We made a reservation online for the day and came to the Miami Sun Hotel. The whole process was super easy. We showed them the booking code, and they took our bags into the back room. We got a paper code in return to keep until we came back to grab our bags. I recommend taking a photo because they are pretty small. It was also great because you could come at any time. You pay for the entire day and even if you specify a time, you could hypothetically come anytime during that day because it’s 24/7 service. We were not on the dot for our reservation. The lady at the front desk was super friendly, and the hotel even had a restroom for us to use. Overall, would use this service again!

- This place was very close to our hotel. We had good service and I felt safe leaving our backpacks there while we did some sightseeing before our train trip back home. For those of you who might have trouble finding this place, it is a very small smoke shop almost directly across the street from the side entrance of the Loft 2 Apartments. It did not smell like some other reviewers have said. Look at the picture provided on Bounce and you'll see it. The price was right, also.
