Drop off / pick-up was super easy and quick. In and out in less than 2 minutes. Staff was attentive, friendly, trustworthy. My small item was even stored in an air conditioned room. Highly recommended.

It was super easy to leave and retrieve my luggage. The only difficulty was communicating with the person who was assisting me, who didn't know how to give some information and didn't speak English, and their Spanish was quite confusing.

It was "okay," I've had better experiences with Bounce at other stations. When you first go in you have to talk to a computer screen and you have no idea who these people you're talking to are. Then after about a 20 minute wait they send somebody out to help you in this lobby for you just sit wondering if anybody ever is going to come.

Despite my initial hesitation with the concept of storing my luggage, this place was a genuine day-saver. We disembarked our cruise ship by 8AM with a 5PM flight. MIA doesn't allow bag check-in until 4 hours before departure. That meant hours stuck in the pre-TSA area with all our luggage, which is never a pleasant experience. Luckily, Bounce came to the rescue. From the Uber on the way to the airport, I booked our bags a safe spot for the day in minutes. We rerouted to the location and were greeted by a friendly gentleman who checked everything in quickly, secured our bags, and assured us he'd be there well past when we needed to pick up. We spent the day exploring Miami, hands-free. On the way to the airport, we stopped back, and pickup took all of two minutes. The concept is simple and brilliant: sometimes you just need a safe place to stash your bags for a few hours. I would definitely use again.
