Excellent service, everything was fast and the girl was very friendly.

Using the app to find and book this place was easy and efficient. Staff were efficient and helpful. I was in and out in about 2 minutes max both dropping off and collecting my luggage. Area it is in is a bit sketchy but it is close to the airport and there is parking if you need it.

The place is located inside an ice cream parlor. This seemed "peculiar" to me at first, but in the end, the service was excellent, with the bags returned intact.

This was an incredible experience. The young lady was so patient with my lack of tech knowledge and losing my ticket. When I was in town for a surprise party and needed a place to keep extra baggage, decorations, etc., this place helped me stay moving about without extra baggage. I highly recommend this this everyone needing a drop-off so you can move about Miami freely. 20 stars for them !

Dear, very good place, excellent service. Just to help improve its location, there should be a large sign that says BOUNCE LUGGAGE, since you arrive at the address and you expect something to appear indicating that they store suitcases, I had to ask in the store and they tell you of course this is it. But excellent service and close to the airport.
