I really liked the store! The store is close to the airport metro station, so it's convenient for drop off and pick up. They also have WhatsApp, which was great for getting information and talking to the store staff. I'll definitely be back when needed.

I found them when I was looking for a place to store our luggage when we were traveling to the Bahamas. Our plane left very early and I was a little nervous because they are not “open” 24/7, but they are available. I didn’t know that at the time. So when we arrived at the address, the location was closed. Luckily, they were there within 15 minutes after I called. They did the check-in super fast so that we could go to the airport. When we came to pick up the suitcases, they kept in good contact about our flight and even offered to pick us up from the airport so that the taxi could pick us up there to avoid extra taxi costs. We didn’t have to use this, but it was a great service. Karla and Samuel, thank you for storing our suitcases. Because of your great contact, it felt good that the suitcases were left with you.

I came into Miami on a layover and needed to have my work laptop delivered here. I arrived at MIA after operating hours. I called the owners and explained my situation that I would not be in a position to pick up my package in the morning during their regular business hours. Carla immediately came from home at 10pm to help me out. And even gave me a ride back to the airport. This was above and beyond and helped me out tremendously. I highly recommend Miami one Rent a car for all services. Thank you again

Pretty good location, easy to check in and out, close to the 150 bus that takes you to Miami Beach. I locked my luggage just in case, but I saw everything was fine and safe just as I left it.

Whichever staff members I encountered on my multiple visits were always friendly and helped me out. 24hrs opening time too! Highly recommended. They also hire cars and give 15% off for Bounce customers

Next to the airport, fast and practical

Everything was great! Super close location to the Metrorail Station Airport, 5 minutes walk to the airport train and 2 minutes drive to the airport. Suitcases are stored in a separate room, photographed and ensured that only the correct suitcases are taken when picked up. Everything went really quickly and we really felt very safe. All I can say is perfect!

These guys were great, took our booking quite late and even gave us a ride to the airport after our check out. Such great and friendly service. 5/5 stars.
