Super convenient for those of us who need to be near the airport

Impeccable, very good. I recommend it. However, absolutely do not book with the other car rental company that offers the same service. I arrived at a locked door with a note saying "gone to drop off customer at the airport," even though they were supposed to be there and I had entered my arrival time. It's unacceptable. Luckily, the app suggested another one right next door, NU Car Rental, who were great.

Checkout was very simple and quick. The employee at the NU agency/drop-off point was very helpful. A safe experience, one that I will repeat whenever I need it. Inspiring confidence!

They don't give you the location until you book and so you can't know how much the taxi will charge you.

This location is really close to the MIA metro stop so it was great! We just dropped our stuff off and did some sightseeing around Miami until our late flight. The staff was efficient and helpful. We would totally store our luggage with them again.
