This is the second time we have used this location after a cruise - while you might question from the outside we have had a great experience both times and were able to walk over to the shopping & restaurant area on Biscayne Bay and walk back to pickup before heading to the airport

Dead easy - book online (we did it right outside), drop your bags and then head to Bayside Harbour for a drink before your flight. Nice guy in the store, would recommend

We used this app to store our bags after getting off a cruise in Miami, and it made our day so much easier. The drop-off was quick, the staff was friendly, and we felt totally secure leaving our luggage. We were able to explore the city hands-free with our kids and pick everything up smoothly before heading to the airport. Highly recommend for families or anyone with time to kill between check-out and flights!

We are a family of 4. The girl in charge was super friendly and the whole process was very fast. We were able to watch the Heat game and eat in the same gallery. Highly recommended
