Great experience! We were able to drop our luggage and enjoy our day in Miami without dragging it around like we watched others do. The shop staff were wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again!

We used this app to store our bags after getting off a cruise in Miami, and it made our day so much easier. The drop-off was quick, the staff was friendly, and we felt totally secure leaving our luggage. We were able to explore the city hands-free with our kids and pick everything up smoothly before heading to the airport. Highly recommend for families or anyone with time to kill between check-out and flights!

Great and friendly service!

Hard to find based on address and maps location. Easiest to GPS to the Marshall’s building and it is inside a smoke shop with a luggage sign out front. After we found it, it was very easy and convenient and safe spot to store luggage for a few hours.

It was so easy to leave our luggage. Easy set up with app. The gentleman there was so sweet and put our suitcases away for us in a dark room. We were killing time before our flight after The Cruise so it was nice and convenient. Thank you. They also have the best coffee!!

It was fine. The staff knew I was coming, took my bag, tagged it and told me they were open until 5, which worked fine. When I got back, the bag was there and quickly retrieved.
