The desk agent at the Miami Sun Hotel was super helpful and very nice. It was a great experience all the way around! It's about 1-2 miles from Cruise Port Terminal B and about a 3 block walk to Bayside from there. Very convenient post cruise with a later flight.

I was nervous never having used this service before. The bags were secure in a locked room in the back. The people were present, nice and knowledgeable. I would totally use this service and this location again.

Drop off and pickup were seamless. the attendant at the desk was super helpful and offered us suggestions for free transportation on the metro for us the navigate the area. Definitely would do this process again.

Staff was professional, kind, and helpful. I had accidentally purchased 4 instead of 2 bags and they were kind enough to get the extra bags removed from the reservation.

Really great storage service at this location. It’s open 24 hours and I had no issues accessing my bag in the middle of the night and even change clothes in their restroom. Best $9 I spent in Miami.
