Luggage storage Port Miami

Cafe owner was very accommodating and helpful. Came out to the street to meet me bc I was lost. She handled my bag as I got my bearings together bc I had a bit of a mishap at the cruise port with my passport. Super sweet and very helpful. 10/10 recommend especially if leaving from Miami cruise port terminal F. Location is literally across the street and very convenient!

It is a bit hard to find, as it is in a larger building so that would be helpful if that were stated more explicitly. Would definitely recommend storing that extra bag over lugging it around with you!

Thank you for the amazing service! Located in a convenient spot for people who are there for cruise lines at the Port of Miami. Whether you’re arriving, departing or simply just need a nearby place to store those extra bags, check them out. Prices are fair, booking was easy, service is fast and staff are very friendly and trustworthy. (On a side note- the cafe is great! While you’re inside, grab a cold drink from the cooler, dine in or grab food to go.) If I’m ever back in the area I won’t hesitate to re-book here.

a little difficult to find, inside the port/cruise line offices building. But the ladies in there are top notch professionals and so pleasant. I’d book here again in a heartbeat.

I like that is of course on the port that way you can drop your bags off first you can see where your terminal directly is and then you just have a short walk with your bags in this case it was very close to Virgin Voyager so I really could have walked with my bags but because I went out to Bayside I had my Uber already so we picked up my bags and then dropped me off at the terminal. They could also have better signage at the curb that points more directly where the actual luggage storage is actually went into the police because that's more of the sidewalk where you're dropped off so better sign it would help other than that I thought it was good

Not open late enough on the cruise terminal at Miami.

You should point out in the description that it is a café. Then you'll find it easier.

Long wait time to check in bags. Other than that amazing service.
