All good! They store your suitcase in a room with a key and although there are not always people at reception, the hotel is owned by the same owner of the bar next door, which is always open. So we had no problem

This is very convenient however one of the employees was on a power trip and was quite rude to us and to the amazing hostess who was helping us. Luggage is stored in their storage room which isn’t always locked so I wouldn't leave any ‘valuables’
