Absolutely loved using this service. I never knew it existed! My friends & I got off a cruise ship early in the morning one day, and we could not get into our Airbnb yet. It was 9am and we could not get an early check in or leave our luggage at the Airbnb until after 3pm….. what do we do with our 4 huge luggage bags for 6 hours without a car or shelter?!? Well, I searched google. I searched “luggage storage near me”. BOUNCE appeared and made our day miraculous!! We were able to leave our large bags there while we did some sightseeing in Fort Lauderdale. Very easy to book and very easy to pick up. Thank you, Bounce, for being a lifesaver that day!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Even told our Uber driver to spread the word how convenient it was! The staff was also very kind.

It was good, the employee, although he didn't speak my language, was very attentive and asked for my reservation, but everything was very good, it's a shame it was only for 4 hours since I was leaving on a flight (you still pay for the day), don't be cheap.

First of all, amazing staff. They are so friendly and polite and helpful. I've left 5 suitcases cause me and my friends went to Mexico with backpacks only and I had no problems at all. Thank you so much highly recommended. Also they've put pigtails to lock the suitcases of front of me

It was inside a packing, shipping postal store. This was the first time I used this type of service, dropping off luggage, outside of an airport. The process was easy and quick. The staff was very friendly. The only thing was the facility wasn't near downtown, need to have a 15 mins. car ride.
