Great location—easy to walk to. When we arrived, the staff quickly took our luggage and bags, tagged everything, and stored it in the back. Pickup was just as simple. The store was clean, and we had no issues with drop-off or pickup. It was especially convenient since we arrived around 9 a.m.; storing our bags allowed us to explore the city before our check-in time.

Helpful, close to ocean drive

It was easy to find based on the pictures in the reviews, but the place is actually a dry cleaner. They served us quickly and were friendly, and they also spoke to us in Spanish. The place has specific hours, so it's not recommended to store a suitcase until very late.

The Bounce App is definitely recommended. I accidentally booked twice and they refunded as soon as I messaged them about it. Simple to book, check luggage in and retrieve.

No problems at all. Easy drop off and pick up and felt very safe. Short easy walk from the Brickell City center metromover station.

This is a super handy service that I didn't know existed before. Very easy to book, drop off/pick up was painless, staff was friendly. Definitely recommend if you want to do tourist things but have no place to keep your luggage
