The location was easy to find. The process was quick and easy. The lady at the desk was very friendly and I felt that my luggage was safe for the day. We had a full day after getting off a cruise before our flight left at 5:30pm, and this was a great option and close to South Beach, Ocean Blvd., and Lincoln Shopping Plaza.

This was my first experience using Bounce and it was so easy. Location was close to City Tour pick-up location that I had pre-booked but the store also sold other amazing tours as well. Staff were very nice and I felt comfortable leaving my luggage there.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt as though the luggage was being guarded and was very safe. There is a camera watching the luggage area so if anything were to happen, it is recorded and can be seen. Additionally, you can rent bikes and Segways as well as book tours. Very convenient!

Easy place to stash luggage on the way out of town. We had time to kill before our flight and the hotel would not keep our bags - couldn’t have been more a more seamless experience. Bags are placed in the back, and there is a restroom you can use for changing, etc.

I had no issues - the luggage was returned to me in the same condition I left it in the shop! I booked 5 minutes in advance and all went perfectly. The Uruguayan lady at the shop was very friendly. I totally recommend this shop for storing luggage.
