This was my first experience using Bounce and it was so easy. Location was close to City Tour pick-up location that I had pre-booked but the store also sold other amazing tours as well. Staff were very nice and I felt comfortable leaving my luggage there.

The shop was closed and locked when I arrived. Fortunately there was someone there to make a call for me and the owner came round in a minute or two.

I had no issues - the luggage was returned to me in the same condition I left it in the shop! I booked 5 minutes in advance and all went perfectly. The Uruguayan lady at the shop was very friendly. I totally recommend this shop for storing luggage.
