Very happy with the place and the service. It is close enough to the port that it is walkable, however the Cruise Terminal 2 at Port Everglades, located at 1801 SE 20th Street is definitely the close one. This is counter intuitive but SE 19th st is many blocks away from 17th st, while 20th st is only 1-2 bloks away. That said, its closeby if uber or taxi and then they have many shops to visit if you have shopping to do or want to grab a bite to eat.

Super convenient drop off with courteous staff in a quaint coffee shop. Perfect location for a walk to the beach or lunch while waiting for your flight.

It was hard to pinpoint where location was at first for drop off and no one acknowledged us for a while. But once completed and picked up all luggage returned in good condition.

On arrival I thought we were in the wrong place however I asked the waitress and she said it was there. The cafe was really busy so we had to wait a bit until someone could take our luggage. While we waited we had a drink the music and atmosphere was good.

It’s the first time we had used this kind of storage facility and it worked perfectly, allowing us to have an extra day of exploring before heading to the airport for an evening flight. It was very easy to book and amend through the app. The staff in the shop who stored our luggage were very friendly and helpful. The luggage was kept safely in an area out of view of shoppers behind the till. We were impressed and would use this venue again if we were in the area.

Good but they take a long time getting your bags checked in and out. Especially when you have an uber driver waiting outside.

Right next to the Museum of Discovery and Science and Esplanade Park. Great way for us to kill a few hours while waiting for our flight. Staff was very friendly!

Friendly staff, nice cafe setting. If they're busy with cafe customers, there is a little wait. Good place to drop off luggage because you also have opportunity to get good food and beverages as well as use the restroom.

I came off a cruise ship and needed to store my luggage for a few hours before heading out to Miami International Airport. Staff and service was excellent.

It was a great spot to leave our luggage a block from the beach, restaurants, and e-bikes. Easy spot to catch a ride share to the airport or a cruise ship.
