Excellent! If you are in Miami and your flight leaves at night... this is the ideal place to leave your suitcases and take advantage of the day. In our case we changed in the bathroom (great solution) and went to the beach for a few hours. Then, we changed again and went to the airport. Everything impeccable! Special mention for the two employees (both spoke Spanish) who treated us very well. It's worth it! Reservations through a website, they confirm the reservation number after making the payment and with this number they receive the suitcases (they give you a ticket for each suitcase received). Important: The place is a tea house (which has a Bounce Luggage sticker on the door).

Excellent customer service. Check in was easy. The location is perfect. Don't forget to order a Boba tea and enjoy the miami area without having to lug around your luggage.

They helped us a lot, we didn't know what to do carrying our suitcase all day, and the check in was not until 3 in the afternoon... they literally saved our day, very grateful.

It saved us from the hassle of carrying our luggage when the hotel surprisingly refused to store it and we had an overnight flight. The downside is that the service isn't cheap, but as a concierge, it's a ten.
