Friendly service, easy in and out location.

The people at Flash Net were great. They had a line of customers waiting for phone repairs, but when they saw us with the suitcases, they immediately gave us our luggage check tags and sent us on our way to enjoy Little Havana.

The Bounce Luggage Storage - Phone Flash Net location in Miami was a simple experience and our luggage was intact during the nearly 5 hour “stay”. I did have an issue finding the location, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The Bounce App loaded an inaccurate address into my Maps when using the app, so be sure the correct address is listed in whatever Maps you decide to use when dropping off your luggage. The actual facility is a phone center located in a shopping center. There’s a small “Bounce Luggage” circle in the bottom right corner of the phone store’s window. Once the employees see your luggage they’ll know what you’re there for. Also, the shop isn’t far from Lil Havana, which is a great area to explore!

Inside the flash phone store, no signs outside for it. This was my first time using bounce as a service so I expected lockers or something but they just take the bags into the back and you come back for them later. Would use bounce again!

It is inside of the cell phone store. I couldn’t find it at first and my Uber drove away after waiting too long. But once inside I went to the back and saw a few suitcases and realized this was the place. Don’t look for Bounce Luggage as an outside store sign. It’s just another function that bigger store holds. Sorry I forgot the name! Walk inside the biggest one.

Worked great, but there were discrepancies in the business hours listed on. Bounce (open till 6), hours posted at the store (open till 7) and what we were told at the counter (pick up by 5pm).

Quick and efficient. The pin on the map in the Bounce doesn’t show the shop at the right place though.

The place seems sketchy and difficult to find at first but they did keep all of our items safe and nothing was taken. Would use again
