The Bounce Luggage Storage - Phone Flash Net location in Miami was a simple experience and our luggage was intact during the nearly 5 hour “stay”. I did have an issue finding the location, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The Bounce App loaded an inaccurate address into my Maps when using the app, so be sure the correct address is listed in whatever Maps you decide to use when dropping off your luggage. The actual facility is a phone center located in a shopping center. There’s a small “Bounce Luggage” circle in the bottom right corner of the phone store’s window. Once the employees see your luggage they’ll know what you’re there for. Also, the shop isn’t far from Lil Havana, which is a great area to explore!

Inside the flash phone store, no signs outside for it. This was my first time using bounce as a service so I expected lockers or something but they just take the bags into the back and you come back for them later. Would use bounce again!
