The place was easy to find, and having elevators to get up to reception made things a lot easier, especially with luggage. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took good care of my belongings. Both drop off and pickup were quick and straightforward. I also liked that the luggage was kept in a separate, secured room that only staff could access, which gave me some peace of mind while I was out exploring. Overall, a really good experience with no issues at all. Would definitely use their service again next time I’m around Shibuya Station. Highly recommend!

It’s on the second floor but once you get off the elevator they are there . It’s clean and you have the code to book from online. You scan in and that’s it! They are open late too, we used them about 8pm and got our things late like midnight. Only cost like 20? Very safe for Americans

It cost 850 yen, and it's convenient to book in advance. I didn't know that, so I scanned the QR code on the spot and booked through their website, and it didn't take long! Best of all, it's open 24 hours. The staff were busy because they operate alongside a coin karaoke place, but it was still fine! It gets easily confused with the gacha shop on the first floor, so make sure to go up to the 3rd floor from the elevator right next to it!!
