The proprietors were friendly and helpful and kept our luggage safe and secure. It was very easy to drop off the luggage and also retrieve it. I will definitely use them again!

All employees at Ana‘s Café were pretty friendly. Everything was super comfortable and easy. At the pick up we also got an ice tea for free :)

Stayed and had a snack after dropping off. It took them about 20 min to secure the bag. Before that they just left it out in the cafe. Otherwise, once I saw it taken away things were fine

Smooth, easy drop off and pick up. Left suitcase for nearly a week as was travelling out of town. A few minutes walk south of Penn/Moyniham stations so convenient for Amtrak trains and airport.

I got everything stored and secure in record time to get on with my day. Thanks for helping me enjoy the city a bit more without the burden of extra luggage

Very easy drop off but they just stuck our bags around the corner of the store and anyone could’ve grabbed them.

We left our 2 travel backpacks without any problem in the morning and picked them up at night. It was not a machine storage room, but you deal with real people. We paid $10+tx. The only negative comment is that they didn’t give us a ticket. They mentioned the place is open from 8am to midnight so it’s not 24h.

Very reliable store, easy and straightforward transaction. Overall it was good, however when collecting our bags we initially dealt with an unbelievably rude female shop assistant which almost ruined the entire experience - she was really dismissive and unwilling to help, she was chatting to someone casually for a long time and when we politely asked for our bags she rolled her eyes, huffed and gave the ticket to her colleagues - to be honest I rarely see someone this rude. The two male shop assistants however were lovely, very polite and mannerly
