Discover Kyoto Station luggage storage

Friendly people and they speak some English. We stored our luggage here for two nights which was perfect.

This was so convenient. Everything was quick and easy, the staff was extremely kind and our luggage was waiting for us perfectly safe when we came back.

Easy drop off and pickup right near Kyoto station. Easier if you have lots of traveling to do and need a place to store bags if coin lockers are unavailable.

It was very convenient as it was close to the station. It saved me time searching for an available coin locker. I would definitely like to use it again. Thank you.

Easy to access as it's just south of Kyoto Station. The staff were very helpful and kind as well.

The staff were very helpful and kind.

Everything perfect and fast

Easy check-in and check-out, with just a short walk from Kyoto Station. Staff knew english as well and very friendly.

Supper easy dropped off and pick up. Staff was friendly and helpful. That app is easy to use and fast. 100% recommend both

Quick and easy access, very friendly! Highly recommend leaving your backpack and suitcase!

The staff were very friendly and charismatic

Convenient location, easy and quick transaction! We didn't have any problems communicating in English although we didn't need it much, as the process was very efficient.

Fast and easy service with helpful staff

Quick and easy to drop off and pick up our bags at the pharmacy inside the Nishiki Market in Kyoto! It was about $6 USD for our carry-on type backpacks for the entire day (they close at 10pm). They did not need to measure them. They take any size bag. Fee goes up for bigger suitcase.

Great staff. Fast pick up. Cool bookstore

Really smooth drop off and pick up, staff were nice and helpful, when I couldn't get my QR code to show they offered the shop wifi.

Very easy to drop off and pick up

Easy and quick drop off not too far from the station

Quick, easy, uncomplicated

Location close to the station and very nice and helpful staff

Good communication and great shop

Great Location, its close to Kyoto Station. The staff were very friendly, and everything went smoothly and without any issues—I recommend this place.

easy process, friendly staff

This was my first time using it, and I found it very easy to use.

I'm Japanese. I was having trouble finding a place to leave my luggage at the coin lockers at Kyoto Station because they were all full. Then I learned that a hair salon offered luggage storage, and I used their service for half a day. The map was in English, and I was a little hesitant about making a reservation online, so I went directly to the salon. Luckily, they had a locker available, and I was able to leave my luggage there. I think it was around 1600 yen for two bags. The staff were very kind. If you can't find a place to leave your luggage in Kyoto, I highly recommend this! I would like to use their service again.

It was easy to find and easy flow

Great experience! Tam Tam is labeled clearly on the outside so it’s easy to find. Elevator available to take you up to 2F. The woman in charge was super nice. And it’s a literal stone’s throw from Kyoto Station. What more could you want?

Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

All the staff were incredibly friendly. My luggage was handled with great care. If I return to Kyoto, I will definitely leave my bags here again. They even helped me with some questions I had. I'm so grateful!

I really appreciated the kind and helpful service from the receptionist.
