- Very easy to drop off and pickup and the staff were very nice.

- Great experience with bounce as always, friendly and helpful staff. Sharing bc I wish I’d know when I was walking around searching for it - you can take exit number 21 from inside Karasuma subway station and it takes you directly into the basement level of the building. Take the elevator up to level one and the service is located inside the store labelled HIS. Thank you :)
