Easy and fast and they were really friendly. Very accommodating for the amount of people in our group (14) I recommend this location.

My trip to pick up my luggage coincided with the store's break, but they were happy to accommodate. Thank you very much.

Great drop off and pick up, easy to find.

Easy communication with staff. Simple location along street

Very helpful and convenient, thank you

It was close to the subway station and it was nice that check-in/check-out was quick and friendly.

Very friendly to foreigners. I would recommend!!

Found this place while looking for a coin locker for my things. There are a number of stairs you will need to use so be aware of this if you have a lot of luggage. Storage is in a kimono rental shop on the basement level floor (depending on which side you enter you will see Bounce signs). Front desk lady helped us out and was nice. Book through the Bounce website or app!

This is actually in B1 of OMO5, so don't go into alleys but instead get into OMO5 and walk down the stairs and go into the kimono rental Wakka. The ladies are super nice and helpful. Book first through the Bounce app/site.

I used it very conveniently.

It's conveniently located and easy to use with a prior reservation. The store is in the basement, and you have to go up and down stairs, so an elevator would be appreciated.

Drop off and pick up is easier. They can understand the English little easier.

Polite and helpful staff. Made the experience easy
