I showed the QR code both when dropping off and picking up my luggage. There was no exchange number for pickup, so I was glad I didn't have to worry about losing it. I left my luggage here because I wanted to catch a bus from the Shijo-Takakura bus stop.

It was my first time using bounce and it was so easy and convenient. However, it's important to book a drop off time in order to get a QR code. Once we arrived, we walked up the the reception desk and was greeted very kindly. And all we had to say was "bounce" and they helped us with our luggage and we were able to explore with ease.

Very helpful team! Almost near train station right in front of Uniqlo store. Booked online, provided QR code, and left bags untill mentioned time for collection! Huge thanks to them otherwise i would have to carry heavy bags through sightseeing!

Great friendly service! It was very easy to book this, drop bags off and pick up. We had 11 suitcases and 12 backpacks. They hauled them up and down 3 flights with no complaints. We use again in a heartbeat! Not having to walk around Kyoto for 3 hours without bags was priceless.
