Was super easy, and very convenient, especially when switching from hotels and Airbnb’s! Look for the yellow symbol with the two black cats! There is a sign, but it can be hard to miss. The center is in the allyway going towards the market. Easy check in and the people were very friendly

I showed the QR code both when dropping off and picking up my luggage. There was no exchange number for pickup, so I was glad I didn't have to worry about losing it. I left my luggage here because I wanted to catch a bus from the Shijo-Takakura bus stop.

Great friendly service! It was very easy to book this, drop bags off and pick up. We had 11 suitcases and 12 backpacks. They hauled them up and down 3 flights with no complaints. We use again in a heartbeat! Not having to walk around Kyoto for 3 hours without bags was priceless.
