Luggage delivery to and from Kyoto

It was a very smooth process. I was able to drop off and pick up at the Yamato locations nearby the hotels. As a first timer of using the luggage transport service and needed to transport from Tokyo to Kyoto, I was nervous. But, it was an easy process from submitting my request to picking up my luggages.

Drop off location was not clearly labeled, had to ask directions.

Despite the initial confusion due to my lack of Japanese language skills, the bags were taken and sent with relative ease..

Locations were a little difficult to find.

It was a little hard to find the locations like the one in tokyo by the daiso store. There was no indication it was down a small street on the side of the building. Otherwise our experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and our stuff arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition.

Very good, excellent service! However, the reception address in Kyoto was incorrect; we had trouble finding the location.

Friendly service but it was a little hidden and hard to find until we saw the little sign, maybe add an arrow toward the location? I went up the stairs thinking it was up when it was right there in my face to the left side and the kiosk is on the right.

The location was hard to reach and no sogn for bounce

No English translation available. Luckily the lady was there and she was very kind.

Attendant was so helpful and sweet! Helped us call a taxi afterwards as well some wee were in a smaller town

I used Bounce delivery service to send a package from Tokyo to Kyoto. I had a short two-day stay planned in Mount Fuji, so I arranged the delivery about three days later to my hotel in Kyoto. Dropping off the package was easy, and the service was incredibly friendly. The gentleman who helped me spoke excellent English, and everything arrived right on time at my hotel. It was approximately 5000 yen. I highly recommend them!

Great service. The hotel even had the bag in my room before I arrived. Definitely will use again.

Amazing service

Service was as smooth as can be expected. Key is to set up the processes online and follow the instructions. Super efficient. When we arrived at the drop off site, there were two parties in front of us. The first party of three needed extra help which lasted over 10 minutes, going back and forth trying to decide what they wanted. The second party took 2 minute or so. And all it took us was 30 seconds. The staff scanned the QR code on my phone, printed the label and receipt, and we were out the door. We were amazed.

Very hard to find as the directions weren’t correct on the confirmation page

Address was unclear on the app and we went to the wrong location across town before finding the correct one. However once we arrived at the correct place it was very easy and great service as always.

It would be helpful to state that we need to print one label per luggage in the instructions

Fast and easy drop off process. Location not listen in building maps as in app - difficult to find.
