They were super helpful when we arrived with our luggage’s. We arrived with a bigger group and they were patient as we tried to lock our luggage and bags. We set a later time to pick up the luggage, but were able to pick it up earlier with ease with the QR Code. Clean and safe area. Thank you!

Easy to find. The person who greeted us was friendly and the process went smoothly. We just had her scan the provided qr code, she took a picture, and we were on our way. When picking up our luggage, she scanned the code and gave us our luggage.

Large coin lockers at train stations fill up quickly, and I didn't want to wander around the station with a lot of luggage, so I found your service through a Google search. My business in Kyoto was in Shijo, not at the station, so it was convenient that I could search in that area. However, I think this is a problem with my smartphone, but when I went to the location where your company's name appeared on Google Maps, it turned out to be another store (a kimono shop) that provides the same service. You kindly guided me to Yamato Transport, and everything was resolved without incident.

A great place to store your luggage. It's inside a Kimono store so just make sure you let the staff know when you enter, otherwise they may think you're there to have a Kimono experience

Exceptional service! The store was closed and my plans had to change because of an emergency. I messaged if we can meet at a specific time and the owner showed up and got my luggage! Highest recommendation for my fellow travelers. Drop-off for both bags was faster than paying for alcohol at a konbini; just show your QR code.
