Although it was listed as being on the 3rd floor, when I contacted them via the intercom on the 1st floor, they said they would come down to the 1st floor to pick up my suitcase. They even carried the suitcase down to the 1st floor for me, so it was a very convenient experience.

Great friendly service! It was very easy to book this, drop bags off and pick up. We had 11 suitcases and 12 backpacks. They hauled them up and down 3 flights with no complaints. We use again in a heartbeat! Not having to walk around Kyoto for 3 hours without bags was priceless.

Found this place while looking for a coin locker for my things. There are a number of stairs you will need to use so be aware of this if you have a lot of luggage. Storage is in a kimono rental shop on the basement level floor (depending on which side you enter you will see Bounce signs). Front desk lady helped us out and was nice. Book through the Bounce website or app!

This is actually in B1 of OMO5, so don't go into alleys but instead get into OMO5 and walk down the stairs and go into the kimono rental Wakka. The ladies are super nice and helpful. Book first through the Bounce app/site.

It's conveniently located and easy to use with a prior reservation. The store is in the basement, and you have to go up and down stairs, so an elevator would be appreciated.
