The owners/ man and woman I intacted with during drop off and pick up were very courteous and professional. The location was conveniently located adjacent my hotel, which made the whole process easier. I received my luggage as I left them, all undamaged and in perfect condition. I recommend this location.

Large coin lockers at train stations fill up quickly, and I didn't want to wander around the station with a lot of luggage, so I found your service through a Google search. My business in Kyoto was in Shijo, not at the station, so it was convenient that I could search in that area. However, I think this is a problem with my smartphone, but when I went to the location where your company's name appeared on Google Maps, it turned out to be another store (a kimono shop) that provides the same service. You kindly guided me to Yamato Transport, and everything was resolved without incident.

A great place to store your luggage. It's inside a Kimono store so just make sure you let the staff know when you enter, otherwise they may think you're there to have a Kimono experience

The staff was very nice, but did not use the QR code. Instead, he called someone and gave my confirmation number which made me a little unsure, but he put a luggage tag on my bags and I picked them up at the proper time. However, it seems he did not confirm with the app that I picked them up. Very nice people.
