Very friendly, helpful. Asked to use the toilet, no problem!

The owners/ man and woman I intacted with during drop off and pick up were very courteous and professional. The location was conveniently located adjacent my hotel, which made the whole process easier. I received my luggage as I left them, all undamaged and in perfect condition. I recommend this location.

Excellent service! I highly recommend it! We were greeted by a very kind gentleman, eager to help us. We made a reservation one hour before arriving in Kyoto. It was located on the road to the lively district.

Amazing experience great place to store luggage

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable.

Very polite people who stored out bags. Felt like they were safe there and very close to a train station

Really nice when dropping off the bags and picking up.

Inside a bakery - Very nice and easy

Easy to make a reservation and drop off. Friendly service from the vendor. I also recommend the Brulee donut they sell there.

Convenient, safe & cheap. Perfect.

Everything went smoothly. Staff was very nice.

Very welcoming staff! Delicious pastries. I recommend it.

Nice place to deposit your luggages

Very friendly and helpful staff. Really good donuts too

Large coin lockers at train stations fill up quickly, and I didn't want to wander around the station with a lot of luggage, so I found your service through a Google search. My business in Kyoto was in Shijo, not at the station, so it was convenient that I could search in that area. However, I think this is a problem with my smartphone, but when I went to the location where your company's name appeared on Google Maps, it turned out to be another store (a kimono shop) that provides the same service. You kindly guided me to Yamato Transport, and everything was resolved without incident.

location was good and near our Airbnb. it was very easy - just show QR code for drop off and pick up - and that's it!

Everything works perfectly!

Great location and fast service!

Great network, super easy drop-off and pick-up!

Staff was very helpful

Friendly service

Very pleasant staff. Good location close to the subway station.

friendly and helpful staff. great experience!

A great place to store your luggage. It's inside a Kimono store so just make sure you let the staff know when you enter, otherwise they may think you're there to have a Kimono experience

Friendly and nice staff at the kimono place! Highly recommend!

The staff was very nice, but did not use the QR code. Instead, he called someone and gave my confirmation number which made me a little unsure, but he put a luggage tag on my bags and I picked them up at the proper time. However, it seems he did not confirm with the app that I picked them up. Very nice people.

Very convenient. Responsive too. Almost the same cost with coin lockers but kuch more convenient depending on the location you need.

Excellent location, professional, great service.
