5 stars!!! ❤️ Staffs are very kind. Price was decent. We were almost 30 mins late, then the staffs didn’t mind let us get back our luggage an hour later than our allotted time. It was a little bit of a long walk in the under ground path but better than trying to find a coin storage which were mostly occupied anyway & we had six people in our group. The nearest exit had a small evalvator too so we didn’t have to haul them up a stair which was very nice 👍

Very simple, very easy, very convenient! I recommend it 100%. With the app, I made the reservation in 1 minute, then we dropped off our luggage. They just need to scan the QR code, and then to pick it up, the process is the same. Perfect!
