Very convenient location if you find the right exit 1 or 2. Hotel receptionist was extremely gracious, and was even forgiving when I lost my pickup ticket at some point during the day because he remembered me— which I appreciate, for good or ill.

Great staff. Location is perfect being right next to the Kyoto tower, only thing is the signage. (*see my photo*) It's small with a luggage label on the outside advertising board. Key factor is to remember the business name Tam Tam and goto the second floor using the elevator. Something the bounce app does not tell you but.... When contacting support they quickly gave us the answers we needed. To note the luggage location is a business (hair salon) and they store your luggage in a safe room once you drop off your luggage. Just have your QR code ready to scan both for drop off and pick up. ***See my photo, follow the elevator and go upstairs. ***

This is an awesome option in Kyoto. We stored a suitcase for a week and it was well worth it to us. The service staff is great too. It can be a bit tricky to find (for taxis) as it's down a little alley. Make sure and tell them Hotel Lida, not Bounce. And it's walkable to and from Kyoto Station.

Very convenient spot overall! Wish the app would include the shop name along with the address. Was initially a bit difficult to find, as it’s not called “Bounce” after the app but the storefront of whoever is participating. The “Airbnb” for just luggage

The whole transaction with the staff -- on both ends of the equation ‐ was stellar. Staff showed absolute care and concern for our luggage as we dropped it off and again when we picked it up a short time later. She spoke pretty good English, so that r was helpful since I didn't get very far in Duolingo Japanese!
