Luggage storage Kyoto Station

Easy and friendly.

Very efficient and helpful people. Literally just outside Kyoto station, cross taxi/parking area, cross road and there it is on ground floor of Ibex hotel. Have to book in advance.

The location was right opposite Kyoto Station In a business called MK TRAVEL beside the Ibis Styles hotel. The process for booking using the Bounce app was easy. Drop off was easy, the ladies spoke English. Pick up was efficient and we were 30 minutes early and the two bags were ready for us. Bounce is any easy cost effective way to avoid hauling large pieces of luggage on short one or two night trips. I highly recommend using Bounce.

I had studied the location before arriving in Kyoto and it proved to be perfect for my needs: right in front of the station, friendly staff, and it's a snap to drop off or pick up your luggage!

Being able to store my checked luggage suitcase while I am in town with a carry on suitcase for the hotel is such a blessing for me as I have Disabilities and travelling solo this trip. The location across from the station is so convenient. Service is always good and I have no concerns about security. Easy process online booking system and barcode for drop off and pick up my luggage. Great service and coin lockers at the station is not cheap and you can't store longer than 3days. I need longer storage.

Really easy to drop off and pick up big suitcases and backpacks. Friendly staff, very safe location as they are stored in the back, staff give you a ticket per bag and scan the QR code on drop off and pick up. Highly recommend.

such nice staff! they spoke enough english to make this process super easy. literally a one minute walk from the station so it’s perfect if you’re transferring between cities and need a place for your luggage if you’re wanting to explore before check in!
