Stored luggage here for a week. Easy process, friendly staff. Looked like luggage is kept in the back room (locked I hope). Got a ticket to collect with, told to take a photo in case I lost it. Overall very good

Worked as advertised. I searched for a near by luggage storage place to the pier 88 Cruise port. It was 3 blocks east. Drop off and pick up was easy. Friendly people at the store. Easy walk to the pier with one large suitcase and a back pack. My cruise on NCL was delayed 6 hours, so this allowed me the freedom to walk around the city without lugging my luggage with me. Spent a few hours on the Intrepid aircraft carrier and find a near by gluten free pizzaria (Vinnies pizza) and a bakery with gluten free cookies.

Good service and close to Times Square

Aside from where they were left for three days (hidden among the bottles and small bottles in the display case), everything is fine. The service is a great idea, but they should standardize the storage space according to certain requirements. If you don't have at least a certain amount of space, you can't join the service as a retailer.
