Very convenient for when you can't take your bag with you to an event. Courteous staff, plus it's in a downtown minimart, open 24 hours, so your belongings are as good as in a bank vault.

Very friendly employees and easy luggage drop-off and pick-up. Super central and loved that they’re open 24 hours. We had about 8 hours to explore Chicago during our layover. Got a lot in! Will use this location again. Highly recommend!

The team is friendly and kept our thing safe behind a locked office that they always have eyes on. We liked them so much that we went to them again!

Counter is behind glass. the process was super fast and I felt very comfortable in leaving my luggage alone at this location.

Even though the store was closed to public at the time I went, i was still able drop off my luggage. You just have to knock on the door. They'll have you take a picture of your tags and thats all. Super simple, the guys are super nice. Cute little market.

The store was a 24-hour market. I really appreciated that it was available at 2am when I needed it. Due to unforeseen events, I needed a place to store my backpack. So I quickly resorted to Google to help me find lockers around Chicago. I quickly found this location and booked it. I was expecting a completely different thing. I thought it was going to be a location with lockers. But pretty much the store owner places zip ties on my bag and hid it behind the counter. I doubted the service at first. But when I got back, everything was as I left it. I can’t complain. It was extremely affordable and I am a new customer to this service that I look forward to using in the future. I do wish I had the ability to retrieve items from my bag throughout the day. But thank you. It came in very handy when I was in need in a city I had previously never been to. Sincerely, Jose Rivera

Shop employees were helpful and took great care of our luggage. Had an issue with Bounce and they were patient while I got it fixed. Surrounding location not the best, but we didn’t have any issues.

It was all great until I left with my luggage only to find out they didn't cut the tags off, and I couldn't get into my own luggage.. Otherwise service was great and drop-off & pick-up were seamless!
