    Chicago
  • Location was convenient and the guy was very nice + professional. We basically left our bags in the front office waiting room area. I didn't love that the bags were visible from the street and the entrance into the room was unlocked. Nothing happened but I don't know if I would want to leave anything that was visually valuable/expensive in plain view like that

  • The place is ugly, typical of a big city, but we received good service and the advantage of being next to the metro was convenient. It was very helpful for being able to explore the city during a connecting flight.

  • First time using this. I was a bit concerned at first with the process, but the staff was good and the everything went smooth. I would really have liked to see something like a locker they put it in, but trusting them with leaving my bags right up front worked out just fine.

Luggage storage near Union Station for train travelers

Recommended for: tourists, commuters, business travelers.

If you're rolling into Chicago by train, Union Station is probably your first stop. The Great Hall is something else, honestly. Sunlight streaming through those massive windows, that old railroad energy. But here's the thing: Union Station doesn't have dedicated lockers inside anymore, so you'll want to stash your bags somewhere nearby before you head out. Bounce has over 120 storage spots across Chicago, and there are several within walking distance of the station. The S Jefferson St location is right by Union Station with a 4.9 rating from over 1,000 reviews. It's open on Sundays too, which is handy if you're catching a weekend Amtrak. They've stored over 10,000 bags there already. Rates start from $2.25, and you can book ahead so you're not scrambling when you arrive. The West Loop is right there, and you've got the L within a few blocks. Drop your stuff, then go explore. Simple as that.

Where to store bags near Wrigley Field on game day

Recommended for: event attendees, locals, tourists.

Game day in Wrigleyville is chaos in the best way. The Red Line dumps everyone out at Addison, and the whole neighborhood smells like hot dogs and beer by noon. But if you're coming from out of town or heading somewhere after the Cubs game, carrying a backpack into the Friendly Confines isn't really the move. Stadiums have strict bag policies anyway. There's a Bounce location called Addison Station that sits near Wrigley Field. Nearly 550 reviews and a 4.9 rating. Open on Sundays for those afternoon games. Another option is Wrigleyville North Clark over by Belmont Station, which has early-morning and late-night hours if you're making a whole day of it. With over 6,500 reviews from Chicago travelers, Bounce has become the go-to for fans who need their hands free. Each booking comes with $10,000 protection. So yeah, drop the suitcase, catch the game, grab a drink on Clark Street after.

Bag storage options near Millennium Park and Cloud Gate

Recommended for: tourists, digital nomads.

You can't really visit Chicago without seeing the Bean. Cloud Gate sits right there in Millennium Park, reflecting the skyline and all those tourists taking selfies. The park stretches from Michigan Avenue toward the lake, and on a nice day, it's packed. Lugging a suitcase around while you're trying to get that perfect photo? Not ideal. Bounce has handled over 64,000 bags across Chicago, and the Millennium Park area has some solid options. The Art Institute location near Jackson Station is the most popular one in the city. Perfect 4.9 rating, over 1,400 reviews, and it's tagged as highly rated. They've stored more than 10,000 bags there. There's also our spot near Cloud Gate right by Millennium Station if you want something even closer to the sculpture. The app has a 4.9 rating, so booking takes maybe two minutes. Walk around the park, hit the Art Institute, grab lunch in the Loop. All without dragging your stuff everywhere.
