Very convenient between Red and Blue lines.

They should have a better record, since they mixed up the suitcases and said that I had not picked up mine when I did and they were going to charge me more.

First time using bounce. I was skeptical but this location was wonderful! Allowed us to make it on time to our Cubs game after a delayed flight.

The staff was awesome - fun, friendly, good sense of humor, and accommodating. The store was quite central and convenient - close to the red line L station which I frequent as well as a couple blocks from the orange line and blue line to either Midway or OHare - so a great choice for travelers no matter where they're headed or coming from! I enjoyed being so welcomed by the young man at the front, he really made my day :)

Although the sales ticket states the name of the "convenient store" and the address, maybe next time a little clarification about the location having a totally different name and purpose than I was made aware of.. it worked out, but just information to improve future confusion.

I arrived at Union Station and had the whole day to wander Chicago. This was a very easy and convenient location, staff was friendly and felt secure leaving my bag there. Wonderful service!
