Even though I couldn't speak French, they were very accommodating and I was able to leave my child there smoothly! Another great thing about the facility is that it's open early in the morning!

Friendly staff who is able to assist us quickly to drop off our bags, fuss free and even allowed one of us to preview the luggage storage warehouse when we were questioning the legitimacy of this when we saw that it was a cafe

In the absence of control, we could have taken any two suitcases from all those they had there.

Everything went very smoothly. The gentlemen were very nice. I had to go back to the storage place for one thing, so I saw that the luggage was hidden in the back. I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff and great location. Open late was perfect for my needs. For added security I would have preferred if the store used the bounce app to register my luggage as checked in with a phone instead of giving a physical paper slip to return. Other than that a very good experience.
