We needed a place to safely store our backpack so we could go up to the Rockefeller Center (we had a multi-tool with us 🤦). Not exactly cheap but very close, complicated to book via QR code and friendly staff.

Very professional and helpful. They were a lifesaver trouble shooting the app while I was rushing to an event that didn’t allow bags!

We used this after landing in NYC since it was close to Grand Central Station. It was quick, easy, reasonable and reliable. Will use again and highly recommend.

The staff was super kind and friendly and the whole process was smooth and easy. We had to pick up our bags at around 10:00pm and everyone was super accommodating.

I was surprised that this is a restaurant not a shop, but since they have a coat check, it makes sense that they use it as a luggage check during the seasons that coats don't take up space.

Amazing experience.I had a layover at Newark and was ableto explore NYC without the hassle of my bags. I just wish it was possible to leave them at the airport instead of carrying it all the way to Penn station. Friendly service where I dropped them off and easy to do the booking

It‘s convenient! But it would be great if there could be pictures of this place on the app.

The bags didn’t feel really secure at drop off and I went back around 45 min later to grab a cord to charge my phone and the bags were still sitting basically out in the open. When we picked up, the bags were in a more secure location which was nice.

The UPS store was a great spot to drop our luggage for later train departure from Penn Station. The one minor issue we had was the Bounce app let us reserve w/ 8 pieces of luggage yet the store said they could only process up to 6 pieces. Otherwise it was a great and easy process.
