- The bakery is great. We originally came here mainly to leave our suitcases, but along with that service we also enjoyed a really nice breakfast. The place is very nicely arranged, there is seating available, the staff are very kind, and the whole organization around luggage storage is excellently handled. The pastries and coffee were tasty and fresh, and special thanks to the staff member who recommended the homemade spinach pie (this is also our recommendation if you go). I wish I had a picture of it so that you can see the beautiful that that pie was. We were a bit late picking up our suitcases, and we’re very grateful to the staff for their understanding and patience. All in all, our highest recommendation for this place.

- I used the luggage storage for the first time and it worked well. We understood each other in English and the picture of the corner store was helpful for finding it.

- The staff at the bakery were very helpful. We rebooked on line while we were there and they talked us through it. Unfortunately the app had taken us to a different location, even though my friend requested the bakery, and this is where we thought we were booking, when she first made the reservation on line from our hotel. We were then unable to change or cancel the original booking hence my rebooking at the bakery. It was jolly useful to leave our bags safe and we were so glad of this service. Lost feedback mark only due to the original booking fee not being refundable even though we couldn't use it. The lesson is, beware of the app and double check its booking you for the place you have asked for your booking.

- It was very helpful that they kept my luggage until late at night. The staff were very kind when I left my luggage and when I picked it up.

- I had a great experience with the bag storage service. I just have one thing to point out: - I have used other Bounce points in Berlin and they usually take a photo of the bags, they tag the bags and give you a ticket with a code that you have to show when you pick them up, and then they place them on a different room away from clients. In this case they did not do any of this things. When I came back to pick up my bag, I just pointed at it and they gave it to me. It was a different person and they didn't ask me to show anything, not even the email with the receipt. So I guess you just have to trust other clients XD. Other than that the location is perfect, just 5 mins away from the bus station. You can leave your bags there, take the metro and explore the city. The place is a convenience store so you can buy drinks and snacks for your trip when you pick up your bags.
