It's near the Alexanderplatz metro station, the staff was very friendly and quick.

The place is just steps from the metro, on the main road. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They keep our bags in the back, as if it were their own storage space, but we got them back intact and clean. I highly recommend it!

The service was above and beyond, drop off and pick up was very easy and it was a secure place to store the luggage within the hotel overall very smooth experience and I wish if i can give more than five star if it has an option. Great work by the hotel staff as well as the bounce. I stores my luggage for 3 days and it was worth of money and peace of mind when you’re traveling by knowing that your belongings are in safe hands!

It took us a little while to find it, but it's a great way to be able to spend the day without luggage while waiting for check-in or after check-out. Very useful.

Since it was my first time, I felt a bit apprehensive about the delivery; the guy wasn't very attentive. However, on the plus side, the place looked better than the Google photos. When I went to pick it up, another guy helped me and gave me excellent service. He made me feel very comfortable, and it was great.

I was a bit difficult to find the store because the photo was wrong. The spot is just beside Cafe Mali next to Flix bus office. Other than that, it was a pretty smooth experience.

The storage area is located inside what appears to be a pub, but also offers overnight accommodations. Very friendly staff. Luggage was stored and retrieved without any problems.

To increase security individual lockers would be much appreciated
