Discover Berlin HBF Main Station luggage storage

Left our luggage in a hotel near Berlin Central Station - much more comfortable than using lockers directly in the crowded station, especially with kids.

It worked very well. I can recommend it.

Located very centrally, right next to the main train station. Ideal for dropping off your luggage and enjoying Berlin. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Right beside the Hauptbahnhof which is super convenient. You book online and your bags are stored in a room that only employees have access to and they stay with you while you drop off and pick up your bags (they also take a photo of your bags when you drop them off). A lot of the storage places I looked at online looked really sketchy (in random stores or an apartment building). This place feels safe and I would recommend them and will use them again if I am in Berlin again!

Safe and secure. Would have been 5 stars but lockers situated in her you can’t get a phone signal making using the lockers more difficult to use than it needs be.

The location is not easy to find.

Easy to find(next to Rewe) and very close to all the major train lines. Excellent if arriving from airport or before departing for airport. Easily accessible from multiple U-Bahn lines.

We searched for the lockers the day before we needed them as had seen there might be some problems finding them; however, the directions are clear and the lockers easy to find. Straightforward drop-off and collection, and very convenient.

I actually found it quite easy to find – every signpost in the station has a locker symbol on it, and the instructions in the app are very clear. However, I found the price... steep.

The drop-off/pick-up process was flawless. Everything worked perfectly. The only minor issue was the 2-minute timer that started automatically when we placed our luggage in the locker, even though we hadn't been informed of this beforehand. Otherwise, the locker is very convenient for storing luggage.

The first time it didn’t work and the whole thing was canceled, but I was able to rebook.
