Discover Berlin HBF Main Station luggage storage

Drop off and pick up was super easy, luggage was securely stored, staff were really friendly. Would definitely use again.

Super easy to store my suitcase and return. Very close to the main train station, would gladly use again.

Quick process. Friendly staff

Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent service. Luggage was safe. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very organized!

A few points. Friendly, spontaneous, great guys

Both depositing and picking up my luggage went smoothly! Thank you for your kind assistance!

Everything was fine, it was hard to find, but please describe the way to Packstation 142 in more detail.

I didn't install the app, but I was able to use it without any problems using only the instructions in the email. The web page clearly displayed instructions on how to open and close the lockers, so I was able to use it smoothly even without knowing the local language. The email also included detailed information on where the lockers were located within the station, so I was able to find them without getting lost. I didn't experience the poor signal strength that was mentioned in some other reviews. The 120-second time limit for retrieving items from the lockers is quite rushed, so it would be great if the time limit could be extended a little more.

Really easy to use!

The phone reception makes is difficult to get the bar code and need to walk out for reception and head back

It was good that they explained the step-by-step procedure in detail when dropping off and picking up items. However, the problem is that the internet connection is poor inside the storage facility.

The location couldn't have been better. Drop-off and pick-up were without any problems.

The Internet connection was very unstable. Despite this, both parts of the business process were completed successfully.

Drop of and collection of the bags went smoothly. Only thing I would mention is the instructions I received stated the lockers were to the left of Rewe, beside the escalatos. I would have taken that as if I was facing Rewe, the lockers are to the left. However, the lockers were on the right if you are facing Rewe. Would not have mattered that much, apart from there are also a different set of lockers to the left of Rewe, beside the escalator

It all worked out great!

Was pretty easy to use but a bit expensive

Easy but you need to find REWE (not REWE to go) first!

Easy and fast! It has the perfect location to leave your luggages.

Clear explanation. Locker was in a quiet area of the station.

Easy to find and to use.

It was easy to find with the instructions, easy to use and we loved that the app find us the best convenient

Directions to the drop off were perfect. Locker directions clear to use. Just what we needed.

Everything perfect

Location was easy to find by the description and everything worked out fine. Price was also good for two big lockers. The area was a bit unclean but not unexpected from Berlin Central Station. The doors of the locker were a bit sharp, I cut my finger.

Everything went well, it was easy to access and the instructions were clear.

The location was easy to find and everything worked well.

Easy to use with the instructions provided.
