50 reviews from Google Maps- I had a great experience with the bag storage service. I just have one thing to point out: - I have used other Bounce points in Berlin and they usually take a photo of the bags, they tag the bags and give you a ticket with a code that you have to show when you pick them up, and then they place them on a different room away from clients. In this case they did not do any of this things. When I came back to pick up my bag, I just pointed at it and they gave it to me. It was a different person and they didn't ask me to show anything, not even the email with the receipt. So I guess you just have to trust other clients XD. Other than that the location is perfect, just 5 mins away from the bus station. You can leave your bags there, take the metro and explore the city. The place is a convenience store so you can buy drinks and snacks for your trip when you pick up your bags.

- Very friendly staff, very close to the bus terminal. They store luggage inside the store, behind the counter so it is quite safe. We had a bad experience at another place and this one was very good!
