Everything was fine, it was hard to find, but please describe the way to Packstation 142 in more detail.

I didn't install the app, but I was able to use it without any problems using only the instructions in the email. The web page clearly displayed instructions on how to open and close the lockers, so I was able to use it smoothly even without knowing the local language. The email also included detailed information on where the lockers were located within the station, so I was able to find them without getting lost. I didn't experience the poor signal strength that was mentioned in some other reviews. The 120-second time limit for retrieving items from the lockers is quite rushed, so it would be great if the time limit could be extended a little more.

It was good that they explained the step-by-step procedure in detail when dropping off and picking up items. However, the problem is that the internet connection is poor inside the storage facility.

Drop of and collection of the bags went smoothly. Only thing I would mention is the instructions I received stated the lockers were to the left of Rewe, beside the escalatos. I would have taken that as if I was facing Rewe, the lockers are to the left. However, the lockers were on the right if you are facing Rewe. Would not have mattered that much, apart from there are also a different set of lockers to the left of Rewe, beside the escalator

Location was easy to find by the description and everything worked out fine. Price was also good for two big lockers. The area was a bit unclean but not unexpected from Berlin Central Station. The doors of the locker were a bit sharp, I cut my finger.

Great Location, easy process both drop off and puck up

Drop off was fine, no confirmation on pick up on their end. I don’t want to be charged extra, so I’ve flagged this directly.

All good and easy to do. Not giving 5* as had to pay for 24 hours but only needed 4 hours.

The guys are very kind. They stored our suitcases in the back (as if it were their storage room), but we got them back intact and clean. It's just steps from the metro station, on the main road. I highly recommend it!

Easy drop off and collection - issue with scanning bar code initially

location is very near the train station. the only downside is that they open at 11:30am. we were there at 11:15 and although the restaurant is not open yet, they still accommodated us. good customer service.
