Good service! Area was in CBD. Booked a slot directly via bounce app, just scan QR code upon check in. The entire experience was very pleasant. There was no crowd when I arrived hence the check in was quick. Each luggage was number tagged. Just need to watch out for a small flight of stairs, esp with heavy luggage. Otherwise, all’s good.

It was recommended to us as we were looking to leave our luggage somewhere between the time of check out at the apartment till the time we have to leave for the airport. I’m very pleased with my experience. The app works very intuitively and finding a place close by was also very easy. Moreover, the service was great. I had made a mistake in the data of my first reservation and as I found out to late was considered a “no-show”. This meant that the payment was in principle gone. However, after explaining that I had made a mistake (which was also clear as I had already made a new reservation at the right day), they fully reimbursed our payment. Much appreciated!
