We needed a place to drop off our luggage whilst we enjoyed our day out at the tennis before our flight. We were initially weary of dropping off our luggage at a restaurant but the staff were very accommodating, the process was seamless and the location was very convenient. Well recommended if you have a later flight and want to enjoy your final day in and around the CBD.

it was a bit hard to find using Google maps and the instructions from bounce. After that it was a smooth process, other than I arrived close to lunch hour and this location is a restaurant, so there was a few minutes waiting both in dropping off and picking up for a Waitress to have time to do the check-in and check out. But it was not a long wait, and the people here are very nice. I would definitely use them again. I should add this is my first time using bounce so I really have nothing to compare the service at this location with other locations.

Really easy process. Pretty much just walked in and showed our code and our bags were stored out the back. Then basically the same thing when we picked our bags up again. Bags were tagged like any other bag holding service.
