It was a very smooth experience. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue was the Google directions were incorrect. The facility is on the Lower Ground Floor and not the Ground Floor. Apart from that it was a great experience. I would definitely do it again.

Very simple and convenient

Super easy pick up and drop off, location is right near Southern Cross Station so you can grab trains or the Airport bus if needed. No copmlaints.

Great Central City location that is 24hrs. The location is an actual hotel, which was reassuring. Staff were quick to help with my booking, and both drop off and pick up was done under 3mins. Useful to leave larger bags to attend a concert, that has a bag size requirement :)

We needed a place to drop off our luggage whilst we enjoyed our day out at the tennis before our flight. We were initially weary of dropping off our luggage at a restaurant but the staff were very accommodating, the process was seamless and the location was very convenient. Well recommended if you have a later flight and want to enjoy your final day in and around the CBD.

it was a bit hard to find using Google maps and the instructions from bounce. After that it was a smooth process, other than I arrived close to lunch hour and this location is a restaurant, so there was a few minutes waiting both in dropping off and picking up for a Waitress to have time to do the check-in and check out. But it was not a long wait, and the people here are very nice. I would definitely use them again. I should add this is my first time using bounce so I really have nothing to compare the service at this location with other locations.

So close to my accommodation, good price, friendly staff member, suitcase was looked after. Really made it easy for me to go have some brunch while waiting for my accommodation to be ready. Highly recommended.
