Location great, the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The international transaction fee on my credit card for the payment to leave my bag there - an unexpected disappointment. Would use again - just choose a different credit card to pay with.

The service once we had located the site was good. Due to building construction next door - it was difficult to find the location as it was not clear that it was Flora Indian Restaurant tht was the Bounce location.
