After trouble with finding where to leave our luggage — there was a mix up with check in (different third party all together) - it was the simplest part of my day from start to finish. Also all my stuff was exactly how I left it. Fantastic and very reliable.

Very helpful staff, showed me how to easily book in my bag which was photographed for identification and put safely out the back of the store (a small convenience shop) - very close to Crown casino and saved me for lugging my bag around for hours.

Staff at the restaurant where luggage is stored were super helpful and very polite! Very easy and we dined there while waiting to leave, it’s super convenient minus the construction obstructing drop offs right outside the location but the walk is just a couple of minutes till that’s over.

Super handy location. Handover was quick and easy. Easier than trying to stuff my bag into a locker! Would definitely use Bounce again.

To be honest, my journey with bounce was I misread the "storage area and locker" wrong and have had issues with stolen belongings. I have PTSD and BPD and sent a really aggressive email to bounce abusive almost. Instead of being attacked I was taken into account for my side, explained and treated with a kindness you don't see often in Australia. I cancelled my booking and collected my bags out of hast not because of the establishment and to my disbelief I received an email to acknowledge a refund for the day's I cancelled. I'm speechless to the situation as it doesn't happen in Australia but it did here. I give this company a two thumbs up for the traditional Australian way. 9/10 stars for going above and beyond to assist a MH client and 11/10 for the entirety of their service. I sound dramatic but I'm on the DSP for BPD PTSD and depression and to be honest, no one treats you in my situation like this company did. Definitely a new wave of Australia and an old heart of genuine old dinky di service. It was a pleasure to be a client of Bounce and I'll definitely be back if needed and refer anyone their way. To think how Australia has changed, this company puts the love back into the system. Kudos
