Very helpful staff, showed me how to easily book in my bag which was photographed for identification and put safely out the back of the store (a small convenience shop) - very close to Crown casino and saved me for lugging my bag around for hours.

Staff at Flora Indian restaurant could not have been more welcoming and helpful on arrival and departure. Lovely friendly staff and sad we never got the chance to eat there too because the place smelled amazing! Will definitely use their facilities again

Luggage was kept safely in a clean room, I was allowed to repack my luggage at their space, staff was very helpful too, helped me with my luggage to my uber.

Great Central City location that is 24hrs. The location is an actual hotel, which was reassuring. Staff were quick to help with my booking, and both drop off and pick up was done under 3mins. Useful to leave larger bags to attend a concert, that has a bag size requirement :)

First time using bounce, at first we were unsure of leaving our belongings there because there was no locker, our stuffs ( 3 LV bags, YSL bag ) were left at the back storage area of the shop, we left our stuffs for 7 hours, came back and everything was intact and as how it was left, over all good service.
