  • Easy drop off and pick up. No complaints as I only left my luggages for 2hrs I believe and it wasn’t that busy when i came into their store at 10am. I don’t really know where they stored my luggages but it was okay because i had locks on. Overall it was a pretty good experience. I got my luggages in the same condition so it’s pretty alright. Would maybe use this spot again if ever i’m near this location.

  • This was first time using Bounce - what a great idea! Being able to drop off our luggage nearby to where we had been staying meant that we had a ‘bonus day’ at our destination. The app worked well and finding the storage facility was easy, as was checking in the luggage. However, I was surprised that only one of my four suitcases was given a tag before I was told to stow them in the store. When I returned to collect my luggage, I was surprised to be directed to the storeroom to help myself. By this time, there were numerous bags in the store and I could easily have helped myself to any number of bags. There was no check on what I had retrieved; nobody looked at the QR on my Bounce app so I was quite concerned at the absence of proper security. To sum up, the system worked for me - my luggage was stored for the day at a reasonable price and I picked it up easily. If I was to use Bounce again, I would need to know that there was a more secure system of checking luggage in and out.
