Bounce was completely new to me. It was recommended to us as we were looking to leave our luggage somewhere between the time of check out at the apartment till the time we have to leave for the airport. I’m very pleased with my experience. The app works very intuitively and finding a place close by was also very easy. Moreover, the service was great. I had made a mistake in the data of my first reservation and as I found out to late was considered a “no-show”. This meant that the payment was in principle gone. However, after explaining that I had made a mistake (which was also clear as I had already made a new reservation at the right day), they fully reimbursed our payment. Much appreciated!

Maybe security is an issue.

We walked right past the place as Google maps didn't make it clear where the drop off was. It was my son who spotted the small sign in the window, but maybe further information online or a sandwich board to attract attention would help.
