Really did feel secure leaving my luggage here. Friendly guy on the counter who personally puts luggage behind a locked door that no one else can access. Impressed by this, if a little expensive.

It was close to the station and very convenient. The fee was also cheaper than putting my luggage in a locker at the station, which was nice. There were about five steps when I entered, so it was a bit difficult to get my heavy luggage down.

Online booking is AU10, with an early bird discount of 10% (AU9). However, upon arrival, it was discovered that the shipping fee was only AU8, meaning you can book directly at the venue without online booking.

My luggage was all there and safe. But it was a little concerning that there was another bag there with the same tag number that I received for one of my bags (I.e. two bags both had the same number, mine and someone else’s bag). There’s a little chance to improve there. Otherwise everything was perfect. Many thanks.
