We used this service several times over our short stay in Melbourne! The best customer service and we felt our luggage couldn’t have been safer. They are vigilant with taking photos and putting the luggage away even when customers are waiting.

Once found in the side street of 120 Spencer the process was very easy. The bags were secured, and the pick up was even easier. The message QR codes were a breeze.

Convenient and hassle-free bag storage right in the CBD. Especially useful when your accommodation doesn't store bags. Only not-so-great thing is that you're paying for the bag storage for the full day. It would be fantastic to have an option of hourly rate.

Quick and easy process. Very close to tram and southern cross station. Easier to pin the location on google map at Savoy hotel and look for the store

Excellent. I left my backpack for 7 hours and 30 minutes on 1 Oct 25. Only pay $10. After I picked it up, I checked again, my stuff was still intact. Nothing is missing. Even though I didn't install an additional key (not locked at all).

Excellent service. Great way to store bags on arrival or departing day. Would be amazing it there was a morning hire only available. We paid for a full day for 3.5 hours. But it was much easier than being stuck with luggage😍

Great location, close to southern cross station and 5 mins walk from our air bnb. Freed up our Sunday to walk around.. pickup / drop off was quick and the staff member who served us was very friendly! Luggage is locked in a seperate room, you can see where they bring it . Would definitely use these guys again, thank you!
