Luggage storage Southern Cross Station

Great experience. Although the Quick Stop convenience store looks after your luggage, the booking is made through Bounce. Just use the website for easy navigation and pay online. Show the QR code and the friendly staff will store your luggage in their back room. Cheaper than the nearby lockers.

Why would you pay $20 a day for a bag when you can just drop it with these guys! Know where I’ll be going if I need to put my luggage somewhere for the day, rather than dragging it to work!

The whole process was quick. The staff took photos of the luggage before putting it into the hidden storage space. The staff were very patient and friendly! Highly recommended for travelers who need to take a train from Melbourne's Southern Cross Station to the airport!

First time using this luggage service. Was very quick and easy to make booking. Just rolled into quickstop and scanned QR code from my Apple wallet and the staff member took my case. I collected 15 mins prior to my booking end time and once again scanned QR code and I had my bag within a couple of minutes. I also got automated email reminder to collect bag which was handy. No issues at all and will definitely use again.

Great location inside southern cross station. Showed my QR code on arrival and pick up, and it was a very quick and efficient process from there. Was happy to see my bags were stored in the back. Gave me peace of mind while I was out and about all day. Reasonable price as well! Will definitely be using this service again! Thanks!
