Luggage storage Southern Cross Station

Easy to use, helpful people.

Quick and easy. Fantastic way to store your stuff when travelling and need time away from you luggage and a safe place

Brilliant service. So easy to use . Friendly staff 10/10

easy to drop off and collect !

Very easy process. Right in southern cross station!

Flawless experience

Quick and easy. Bought the ticket online and showed them my QR code. The quikstop convenience store must do this as a side hustle as I didn’t see a huge sign (granted I knew it was there based on previous reviews), so wasn’t looking too hard for the Bounce signage. Left my luggage there so I could explore Melbourne, and picked me it up and strolled over to the SkyBus to take me to the airport. Costs $10, vs $20 with another provider. Also same side as the station vs opposite side of the road. No muss, no fuss

Great and central, and ready to head to the airport after.😊

Great service and convenient location.

Talha was excellent at drop off and pick up. Great service

Great experience. Although the Quick Stop convenience store looks after your luggage, the booking is made through Bounce. Just use the website for easy navigation and pay online. Show the QR code and the friendly staff will store your luggage in their back room. Cheaper than the nearby lockers.

Why would you pay $20 a day for a bag when you can just drop it with these guys! Know where I’ll be going if I need to put my luggage somewhere for the day, rather than dragging it to work!

Easy to find location, very accessible. Process was smooth

Very good experience 👍

The whole process was quick. The staff took photos of the luggage before putting it into the hidden storage space. The staff were very patient and friendly! Highly recommended for travelers who need to take a train from Melbourne's Southern Cross Station to the airport!

The service was excellent and made everything so easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended

Quick n easy. No complaints about oversize bag

Great service, extremely convenient, open late.

Bit tricky to find, but asked at information centre and they helped. Otherwise great service.

First time using this luggage service. Was very quick and easy to make booking. Just rolled into quickstop and scanned QR code from my Apple wallet and the staff member took my case. I collected 15 mins prior to my booking end time and once again scanned QR code and I had my bag within a couple of minutes. I also got automated email reminder to collect bag which was handy. No issues at all and will definitely use again.
